Accounts Payable Specialist - Robert Half

Description We are in the process of recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist for our operations. The individual will be based in our Seattle, WA office and will be a key player in our financial management team. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: - Manage the processing of invoices through our internal systems. - Oversee accurate and timely approval of expense reports. - Ensure all invoices and expense reports are coded correctly. - Assist with data uploads and other tasks as needed, utilizing strong Excel skills. - Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies. - Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
