Accounts Payable Specialist - Robert Half

Description Location: Onsite - Seattle We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Seattle. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling large volumes of invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment, and maintaining detailed account records. Responsibilities: - Process and audit high-volume invoice processing - Maintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies - Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and payment discrepancies - Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing - Communicate and resolve any financial discrepancies with suppliers/ vendors - Generate weekly reports of payables, garnishments, and reimbursements Requirements Qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Familiarity with accounting software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in data entry and management - Ability to handle high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
