As an Accounts Payable Specialist at RoseRyan, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts payable process for our clients. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise. Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Review and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close process, including preparing accruals and reconciling accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounts payable inquiries or issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation
• Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

Requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations is a plus
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

$30-$45/hr DOE
