Accounts Payable Analyst (Temp-to-Hire)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, experience with AP processes, and a passion for delivering accurate financial results. This role offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Manage payment cycles, including ACH, checks, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure correct coding and approvals.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and manage relationships professionally.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AP systems and best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with QuickBooks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay $27 - $30 per hr.
