Accounts Payable Specialist at Ronin Staffing, LLC

Length: 6-8 month contract depending on performance, attendance and business needs
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm. Monday through Friday
100% onsite / on campus 

Must haves: 

• 1-2 years experience as an AP Specialist and have be certified CAPP through a university or organization
• Must have previous experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
• Must be able to pass a background

Duties: Assist with vouchering invoices for payment according to established processes and controls to ensure prompt payment; assist with required follow up; assist with vendor statement review, and other miscellaneous accounts payable duties.
 
Requirements: Accounts payable experience, knowledge of accounts payable software, preferably Oracle, communication skills.
Temp is needed for 6 months/1,000 hours, end date will be determined by the start date.

• Invoice vouchering
• Assigning 1099 withholding codes
• Working vendor statements
• Supplier contact via email, phone and/or mail
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
• Other duties as assigned
