OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and prepare reports as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all AP-related documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper approvals and coding of invoices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in ERP system or accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
