Responsibilities for AP Specialist:

• Manage the freight payables process, including vendor account management, payment status, and matching processes.
• The AP Specialist will verify vendor information, ensuring accuracy and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Process and code expense reports and P-card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• The AP Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Support the accounting department with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications for AP Specialist:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role; experience with freight payables is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
