About the Job
Pavement Marking LLC is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processes and workflows that lead to timely payment to our vendors. This position will be an in-office position at our Phoenix, AZ location.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify expense report
- Facilitate payment of vendors, review purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Setup new vendors in software
- Assist vendors with questions
- Maintain AP function; reporting, filing, etc.
- GL maintenance for vendor invoicing
- Assist other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required; Business or Accounting degree preferred.
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional preferred.
- Coins (ERP) experience, preferred.
