Pay Rate: $26-$28/hour

We are looking for an AP Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive high volume of invoices daily - print, stamp, research, code or match to PO/GRN, process/enter in SAP
- Process weekly ACH & check payments
- Process WT payments twice a month
- Submit New Supplier Forms to Japan for ERP system updates
- Research & resolve discrepancies internally
- Provide Direct Pay certificates as required
- Communicate with vendors to resolve accounts payable issues; keep good relationship with suppliers
- Maintain filing system for the history of accounts payable checks per document retention rules
- Assist in internal & external audits; provide documentation & answer questions as needed
- 1099 Yearly filling
- Perform monthly/quarterly/annual closing assignments work that is not limited to GRN cleaning, Corporate Card Expense reports, W9 collecting
- Follow NAII’s internal control procedures regarding accounts payable functions
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Accounting Team
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of general accounting experience
