Accounts Payable Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Specialist in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, post invoices
• Process ACH, Credit Card, Cash, Check transactions
• Check runs
• Resolve high volume disrepencies
• 3-way matching
• Process PO's
• Assist upper management with detailed aging reporting
• Follow up with customers
• Quarterly audit analysis

Qualfications:

• Strong attention to detail
• High school diploma
• Ability to work on-site
• Ability to handle high volume
• Computer literacy
