• Manage Accounts Payable for multiple entities
• Process PO and Non PO invoices
• Assist with weekly check runs
• ACH Payments and wire transfers
• Reconciliations
• Data entry

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Solid MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and follow-through
