We’re Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist

Affinity Dental Management is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic accounting team. In this crucial role, you'll ensure the accurate processing, reconciling, and tracking of invoices, along with managing vendor relationships with precision and professionalism.

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and check requests
• Assign General Ledger coding to vendor invoices
• Prepare and manage vendor reports and inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain detailed records
• General office support, including handling incoming mail and supply orders

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; further education is a plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is a must
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting tight deadlines
