What You Would Do:

• Process incoming invoices and compile and maintain accounts payable records
• Enter payables accurately and prepare incoming invoices for payment on a timely basis
• Efficiently manage invoice approval and workflow system on a timely basis
• Review statements to ensure invoices are not missed and follow up with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Assist the sales or operations teams with questions through internal messages, emails, and phone calls
• Research variances in cost when invoices do not match records
• Audit freight bills against freight manifests to ensure no discrepancies
• Work onsite in a corporate office environment with an excellent team of professionals

What We Need from You:

Associate's degree or equivalent from college or technical school or 2+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong math skills and the attention to detail is needed. Experience with Order Entry System such as Eclipse is a must.
