• Process invoices (50 - 80 invoices per week)
• Perform 3-way match
• Reconciliations
• Post journal entries

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Bilingual- English and Spanish is a plus
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Experience using online portals to pay vendors
