Accounts Payable Specialist Overview:
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support a critical vendor clean-up and Tipalti implementation project. This role requires a detail-oriented, patient professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable communicating with vendors.

Key Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Vendor Clean-Up and Outreach (70%):

  • Contact vendors to update and organize vendor information.
  • Split bills to allocate charges to specific LLCs for intercompany purposes.
  • Explain the importance of accurate setup to vendors to ensure successful integration into Tipalti.

• Tipalti Implementation Support (10%):

  • Assist in onboarding vendors into the Tipalti system.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshoot issues within the platform.
  • Ensure vendor accounts are properly set up to enable Tipalti automation.

• Data Entry and Reporting (20%):

  • Extract and organize data from NetSuite into Excel.
  • Track vendor progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor project milestones.

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:

• Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with vendor management and outreach.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, including creating reports and data manipulation.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and patient demeanor.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Tipalti or other AP automation tools is a significant plus.
  • Experience with AP processes in a fast-paced environment.
