Accounts Payable Specialist - Zachary Piper LLC

Piper Health Sciences is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a leading biotech organization that develops life-extending technologies for patients located in Durham, NC. The Accounts Payable Specialist will complete full cycle AP processes.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist include:

• Process vendor invoices and check requests using two-way and three-way matches
• Perform research and resolve routine internal and external inquiries regarding account status
• Audit expense reports submitted by employees in SAP Concur
• Create new vendor accounts and route vendor requests as needed

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist include:

• 1+ years of full-cycle AP experience
• Experience with SAP S4Hana or Concur preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree

Compensation for the Accounts Payable Specialist includes:

• Rate Range: $40 - $50 Per Hour **depending on experience**
