Accounts Payable Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Our recruiting firm is partnering with an established manufacturing and distribution company in Davie, FL, to find them an AP Specialist for their team.

The position is temp to hire and ideal for someone not currently working. The position will become permanent after the temp/ trial period. The ideal salary range is between $25-$28 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Set up invoices for payment and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Maintain vendor files and handle vendor correspondence
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience is required
• Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot, VLOOKUPs)
• ERP experience
• 100% onsite in Davie
