Accounts Payable Specialist - Vaco, LLC

About the Job
Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- Process incoming accounts payable invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Code/review general ledger account number coding for invoices
- Get proper approval for invoices without purchase orders
- Enter invoices for sales and use tax accuracy
- Track Monthly sales and use tax accrual
- Report amount to sales tax departments
- Respond to and resolve vendor questions
- Respond to and resolve internal customer questions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve past due and or disputed items
- Prepare accounts payable checks for mailing
- File paper remittance detail and related supporting documents in a timely manner
- Back-up other positions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous AP or Administrative experience
- Previous Auditing experience
- Moderate-Advanced with Microsoft Word, especially Excel
- Can-Do personality

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
