Overview of the role:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Verify invoices, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial documents.
• Reconcile accounts payable to the general ledger.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related inquiries.

Preferred qualifications for the role:

• 1+ years in accounts payable or a similar role
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
