Logistics, warehousing, and distribution design and construction.

Tenant finish construction, including coordination of tenant fixturing and improvements.
Developing, designing, and constructing ground-up multi-family development, residential development, and student housing.

Job Details
Duties And Responsibilities
Process invoices/AIA documents for payment; print and mail accounts payable checks; maintain and track ACH payments.
Maintain compliance for W9’s, Business Licenses, Certificates of Insurance, and Lien Waivers.
Verify and track purchase orders.
Perform data entry and spreadsheet management.
Maintain accounts payable files electronically.
Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests; assist with discrepancy reconciliation.
Print and route accounts payable reports.
Assist with preparation of 1099's.
Assist with monthly closings, journal entries, bank and credit card statement reconciliations.
Assist with related special projects as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Accounting Degree from accredited college and related accounting experience.
Construction AP experience preferred.
Knowledgeable with AIA pay applications and lien waivers.
Acute attention to detail .
Demonstrate ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Construction Management Software.
Strong organizational skills.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to meet strict deadlines.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
