Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group in collaboration with a business management consultant, is searching for a proactive and driven Accounts Payable/Property Coordinator. This coordinator will be responsible for general “front office” administrative duties in addition to supporting accounts payable processing for up to nine properties. Responsibilities:
- Manage and process Accounts Payable for 9 properties
- Draft Vendor contracts as requested by Property managers
- Prepare weekly timesheets for approval and submit to HR
- Maintain and manage invoice tracking sheet for all buildings
- Greet guests and answer office phone lines
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years of professional accounts payable experience
- Experience in commercial / institutional office real estate highly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong data entry skills
