Accounts Payable / Property Coordinator at Sparks Group

Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in collaboration with a business management consultant, is searching for a proactive and driven Accounts Payable/Property Coordinator. This coordinator will be responsible for general “front office” administrative duties in addition to supporting accounts payable processing for up to nine properties. Responsibilities:

• Manage and process Accounts Payable for 9 properties
• Draft Vendor contracts as requested by Property managers
• Prepare weekly timesheets for approval and submit to HR
• Maintain and manage invoice tracking sheet for all buildings
• Greet guests and answer office phone lines

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of professional accounts payable experience  
• Experience in commercial / institutional office real estate highly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong data entry skills
