ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage day-to day performance and ensure delivery of timely output as per agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure all AP-related obligations are met efficiently
- Ensure compliance of operations with company policies, processes and internal controls
- Drive service level improvements for AP processes and regularly report them to leadership
- Drive transformation projects and liaise for ad-hoc initiatives impacting AP

QUALIFICATIONS (Required Experience, Education, Licenses, and Certifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
- 2 years of leadership experience

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.
- Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearing.
- Visual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
- 75% or more time is spent looking directly at a computer.
