Accounts Payable - Reinsurance Associate Inc.

Company Description: We deliver industry-leading administration services including processing consumer contracts for such automotive-related, voluntary F&I products as GAP, VSC, Appearance, Tire & Wheel and Theft-deterrent protection. We process and adjust claims for these contracts within programs that are underwritten by only Excellent (A- or better) rated Insurance Carriers. As a rapidly growing automotive F&I product provider with over 30 years of continuous operation in the Automotive F&I space, our operating partners include seasoned Insurance Agents, national Lenders and their client Automotive Dealers. Primary Job Function: The Accounting Specialist is responsible for performing a range of accounting and accounts payable transactions. Job Responsibilities:

• Process bank deposits
• Process cash transfers between company accounts
• Prepare bank account reconciliations
• Process data extracts from contract admin system for cancellation refunds, claim payments and journal entry imports
• General ledger account reconciliation and journal entry preparation
• Accounts payable processing

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4-year college degree
• Experience in a multi-entity organization
• Experience with Sage Intacct software
• Accounts payable experience
• General accounting experience
• Microsoft Office familiarity including Outlook
• Proactive (can-do) attitude
• Aptitude and desire for learning
• Commitment to excellence
