Location: New Britain, CT
HYBRID ROLE (3 in/2 out)
Compensation: $22-24/hour

- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will sit on a team of 7, and report to the DOF
Functions of the Accounts Payable Coordinator
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage the accounts payable process from start to finish
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be expected to monitor and reconcile vendor statements, ensuring timely and accurate payment
- They will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries
- Assist in month-end close and prepare monthly reports for management review
Accounts Payable Coordinator Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or in an accounting role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator should have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Oracle, preferred
