RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR:
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will review, code, and process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- The Accounts Payable Coordinator will verify and reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders, delivery receipts, and contracts.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and handle any inquiries or discrepancies regarding invoices or payments.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Experience working as an Accounts Payable Coordinator - 3 way match experience.
- Attention to detail
- Solid computer skills
