Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage dealer funding for subsidiaries and independent dealers.
• Code, scan, and verify invoices and customer refunds with precision.
• Execute batch payment processing and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate on vendor setups and maintain the Accounts Payable Inbox.
• Communicate with suppliers, employees, and subsidiaries to address payment inquiries.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts linked to Accounts Payable operations.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience or a recent graduate with an Associate degree (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, or SAP.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work under pressure and commit to mandatory overtime during month-end closings.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Hybrid work arrangement: in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with remote options for the remainder of the week.
