Accounts Payable Coordinator - Gpac

My client is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator!

A well-established and highly esteemed Real Estate firm is looking to add a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities include managing the A/P flow, selecting invoices currently due for payment, and final filing of invoices.
• Accurately review and approve accounts payable invoices.
• Day to day financial data entry.
• Investigate inaccuracies or variances & resolves any issues.
• Facilitates payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
• Post wire and book transfers.
• Account reconciliation, including bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries.
• Process urgent payment requests.
• Review approved utility invoices and post manual payments in MRI.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience working with a residential real estate development or property management firm.
• Experience with low-income housing, Section 8, and government tax credit subsidies is highly preferred.
• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong math aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of real estate tax preferred but not required.
• MRI, Yardi, or other related Real Estate software preferred.
