Accounts Payable Clerk from Complete Staffing

The company is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world. We are seeking a talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• Review and verify invoices and check requests
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing
• Maintain accurate and complete accounts payable records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software SAP preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
