Requirements
Your responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Answering/directing phone calls to appropriate person
- Process at minimum one check run a week
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures including purchase orders, invoices, and statements
- Work with Branches to determine uniform needs
- Perform monthly uniform counts
- Respond to all vendor inquiries regarding payments
- Enter vendor credits to ensure proper payment to vendors
- Communicate credit card activity
- Work with payroll personnel to ensure employee advances are communicated and processed timely
- Make suggestions to improve the overall process
- Work with subcontractors to verify COI’s and W-9’s
- Maintain historical records
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, such as reading professional publications
- Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed
- Provide other financial and administrative support for the organization as needed
You may be a good fit if you’re:
· AP experience is 2-3 years (preferred, but not required)
· Able to manage time and workload effectively
· Knowledge in Excel spreadsheets is proficient (required)
· Proficient using Microsoft Office
· Enthusiastic, focused, and dependable
· Organizational, presentation, analytical, and communication skills are strong
· Able to perform tasks with a high degree of professionalism and with confidentiality
· Able to work independently, and in a fast-paced team environment
· Interpersonal skills are robust
· Diligent, highly detail-oriented, and your problem-solving skills are strong
