Accounts Payable Clerk - TerraSource Global

Position Summary

Compiles, processes and maintains accounts payable records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

• Verify approval on all invoices and check requests in compliance with the corporate Authorized Approval Manual guidelines
• Coding invoices across multiple brands and/or companies
• Familiar with foreign currency
• Able to process and enter 300-500 invoices per week
• Audits and verifies expenses reports
• Process accounts payable checks, corporate wire transfer authorizations including ACH payments
• Reconciles vendor statements
• Assist with month end reconciliations and Inter-Company confirmations
• Maintains account payable vendor files
• 1099 preparation
• Special projects as assigned

Education

Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Accounting; or a minimum of 5 year(s) related experience and/or training.
