About the Job
Position Summary
Compiles, processes and maintains accounts payable records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Verify approval on all invoices and check requests in compliance with the corporate Authorized Approval Manual guidelines
- Coding invoices across multiple brands and/or companies
- Familiar with foreign currency
- Able to process and enter 300-500 invoices per week
- Audits and verifies expenses reports
- Process accounts payable checks, corporate wire transfer authorizations including ACH payments
- Reconciles vendor statements
- Assist with month end reconciliations and Inter-Company confirmations
- Maintains account payable vendor files
- 1099 preparation
- Special projects as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities

Education
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Accounting; or a minimum of 5 year(s) related experience and/or training.
