Accounts Payable Clerk - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk looking to excel in a high-volume environment? Join our team and be part of a fast-paced, supportive organization that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Full-cycle AP processing, from invoice entry to payment reconciliation.
• Handle high-volume transactions, ensuring all invoices are coded, matched, and approved accurately and promptly.
• Reconcile vendor statements, address discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Ensure timely payments, managing the approval process and payment schedules.
• Assist with month-end close, providing AP reports and support.
• Maintain digital and physical records of all AP transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and respond to vendor inquiries.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
