Our client is actively seeking an AP Clerk to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis! The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start, and have 1-2 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience. Please contact us today to discuss this opportunity!
Job Responsibilities:
· Full-cycle AP processing for up to 1000 invoices per week
· Vendor maintenance
· Maintain AP inbox by responding to inquiries in a timely fashion
· Review outstanding checks and follow up with vendors to complete them
· Upload invoices, and review/submit non-PO and PO invoices for coding and approval
· Weekly check runs
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree preferred (NOT required)
· 1-2+ years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable
· Excel & ERP experience
· Excellent communication
· Yardi experience preferred
