G O Crivelli Automotive Inc. is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist.
Duties:
Duties:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
- Posting invoices to accounts.
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Help with preparation of car deals to be submitted to the state
- Answer incoming calls and help out the other office personnel with other jobs as necessary.
- We will train the right entry level person.
