Accountant - Robert Half

Description Robert Half has an outstanding opportunity for an Accountant to join the team at a premier company in Post Falls. The Accountant will resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, process checks, and match, batch, and code invoices. You will be working alongside a strong staff of hard working individuals who have a team minded approach. This role may become long term for the right individual. What you get to do every day: - Carry out a full-cycle A/P - Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies - Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling - Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents - Provide support to internal business partners - Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily Requirements - Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds - Detailed and have the ability work independently - Competent with spreadsheets and databases - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
