Our recruiting firm is partnering with a property management company that specializes in the hospitality industry in Pompano Beach, to find them a Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.
The ideal salary for this position is between $42k-$48k plus eligibility for overtime and bonus. The company also offers an excellent benefits package including hotel discounts, rental discounts, education reimbursement and a full health and PTO package.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process AP transactions and post payments into ERP system
- Reconcile invoices and document approval procedures accordingly
- Resolve invoice and statement discrepancies
- Process weekly check-runs and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Maintain and organize all invoices and documentation for easy access
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
- Some hospitality industry knowledge and experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus (Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred)
- Experience using an ERP (Dynamics of GP would be a plus)
- Basic Excel skills
- Commute comfortably to Pompano Beach daily
