Overview
ITility, LLC is seeking an experienced, performance driven Resource Support Specialist III to provide financial and program management support services to the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Domestic Nuclear Detection Office and Office of Health Affairs (CWMD/DNDO & CWMD/OHA). Responsibilities
Implements government policies and procedures accounting principles, and multi-tiered system application standards; posting, balancing, monitoring, and reconciling internal department/division monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial reporting system report; preparing drafts of budget planning documents; and preparing milestone status reports and presentations for colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.
Qualifications
General Experience
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in financial management.
- Experience with implementing government policies and procedures accounting principles, and multi-tiered system application standards; posting, balancing, monitoring, and reconciling internal department/division monthly ledgers, budgets, and financial reporting system reports; preparing drafts of budget planning documents; and preparing milestone status reports and presentations for colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives.
- Experience with tracking past, current, and future expenditures at varying levels (office, program, performer); and providing support to annual budget submissions.
- Superior skills with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
