WHO YOU ARE

As an AP Clerk, you are an instrumental part of the company’s finance and accounting team.  Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the position is responsible for all aspects of routine day to day accounts payable activities.  The position provides recommendations to management in support of the achievement of Company goals.

WHERE YOU WILL WORK

Hybrid position.

Mon and Fri- Remote

Tues, Wed, Thus in our Lake Nona Head quarters 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Process AP invoice entries as required
• Assist the department with the day to day, monthly, quarterly, and year end requirements of Accounts Payable.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Work with procurement and management to solve processing issues and attain all necessary approvals.
• Make entries in accordance with established policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Follow the Company’s established accounting and internal control related standard operating procedures in accordance with SOX

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience for a large multi-company environment
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions
• Moderate understanding of general ledger designs
• Moderate Excel skills
