• Manages day to day operations of the accounts payable department
• Receives and processes invoices from vendors
• Use Excel to maintain records of various accounts and vendors
• Scanning checks
• Perform various accounting functions as needed by the accounting department

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Role:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Prior work experience in an accounts payable role or in a related position
