As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial accuracy and efficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include handling incoming invoices, ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner. You will communicate directly with suppliers and vendors, addressing any inquiries or discrepancies to maintain strong and professional relationships. What you will do?:
- Master Payable Functions: Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming invoices, confirm product receipts, review statements, resolve issues, and communicate with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with your supervisor to understand and meet process, performance, and communication goals, setting the stage for your professional development.
- Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Research, track, and resolve (or refer) accounting or documentation issues, showcasing your analytical skills.
- Be an A/P Savant: Actively participate in accounts payable reporting and meetings, contributing to the team’s success.
- Communicate and Coordinate: Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with office staff and management, building strong professional relationships.
- Keep It Confidential: Safeguard source documents, data, and reports with utmost confidentiality, ensuring our information stays secure.
- Streamline Workflows: Participate in creating a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the office, making your day-to-day tasks seamless.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our company software systems, becoming a key player in our data management.

What you bring to the table!:
- Minimum two (2) years of related experience, 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting, reconciliations, and payable functions
- Ability to establish effective professional relationships with customers, co-workers, management, and other stakeholders
- Well-organized, accurate, and attentive to detail
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), accounting software, and other common programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Pay Range: $19-$24 per hour
