Accounts Payable Associate - Coughlin Automotive

Coughlin Automotive is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Associate for our Pataskala location.

Responsibilities:

• Charge expenses to proper accounts by reviewing invoices
• Maintain vendor master information
• Manage purchase order
• Resolve purchase orders & invoice discrepancies
• Obtain approvals and process payments
• Reconcile vendor accounts monthly
• Correspond with vendors
• Administrative support

Requirements:

• Detail oriented
• Good written and interpersonal communication
• Understanding and working knowledge of accounts payable and general ledger recording
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word programs
