Erie Family Health Centers, a top workplace in Chicago and suburbs, is looking for a valuable addition to our Finance Team! The Accounts Payable Associate II is responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying invoices related to accounts payable. They also track purchase orders and process payments that come into the accounting department from suppliers or customers. Responsible for reconciling credit card payments and processing invoices on a regular basis.

Main Duties & Responsibilities- Review, verify, code invoices and Cash Disbursement
- Enter and upload invoices into AP system
- Ensure that proper approval is received for invoices
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and process payments
Education
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in accounting preferred
Required:
- Two years Accounts Payable, Finance or Accounting experience required
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Knowledge of accounting systems required.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills

- Excellent analytical skills, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate and interact with a diverse group of health care professionals.
- Knowledge of fund-based accounting systems; proficient in using computer-based spreadsheet and accounting applications
- Always maintains confidentiality of information.
- Skill in establishing work priorities to ensure completion of job tasks within a specified time frame.
Knowledge of Abila MIP or SAP Concur a plus.
