Job duties:
- Responsible for entire accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoice (PO and Non-PO related invoices) through vender payment
- Initiation of system weekly payment proposals for check issuance and wire transactions including document matching of the same
- Coding of invoices
- Completes routine reconciliation of AP balances and vendors (parent company, domestic and international vendors as well as subsidiary companies across the globe)
- Gathering and maintaining vender system records and required governmental/tax forms which includes, but is not limited to Form W9 and form 1099 reporting
- Maintain accurate employee data, including adding new employees, deactivating terminated employees and updating employee data as necessary
- Expense reports
Nice to have:
- Associates Degree strongly preferred but not required
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is highly preferred
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in AP transaction processing required
- Must be MS Office proficient: especially Excel is required
- High school diploma required
- Background check require
