Accounts Payable Assistant
Hours:
Part Time 24-25 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 5 hours a day
OR
Four days a week, 6 hours per day
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
