About the Role
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and Run AP Automation programs – Automation Anywhere Bot
- Assist with Vendor Disputes by conducting Statement Reviews and reconciliation.
- Review and investigate open credits and outstanding checks monthly.
- Help drive and implement internal Accounts Payable Process improvements.
- Tracker Resolution
- CC vendor setup
- Assist with Vendor relations initiatives - Vendor Portal Management – AP Memos email.
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma Required
- 1-2 years in accounts payable experience.
- Customer Service experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Organized and excellent time management skills a must
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with accounts payable representation
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, employees, and vendors.
