About the Job
The Accounts Payable Analyst provides support to the Accounts Payable Department, ensuring day-to-day operations/systems are working as expected including the application processes for Regeneron's Oracle AP Module, Kofax, MarkView and Concur platforms. This position will assist the Manager of Concur by supporting process improvements, assisting on projects, assessing and streamlining operations and helping to drive implementation of best practices and elimination of nonvalue added activities. The role will require excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to supervise and develop direct reports.
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, a typical day may include:
- Working closely with Accounts Payable (AP), IT and other departments to test and implement application enhancements and modifications related to Oracle, Kofax, MarkView and Concur
- Identifying key areas of improvement and collaborating with the AP team members, technology support teams, and business partners to document, train, streamline and implement processes to increase efficiency
- Modifying and developing Oracle Customized Reporting within our Data Warehouse
- Analyzing and auditing invoices and payments within our MarkView Analytics Tool and the Oracle Quick Invoices Queue
- Acting as the main contact for MarkView Rejection Notifications, responsible for troubleshooting issues and invoice submission failures
- Monitor and action all MarkView Exception Queues, such as PO Workflow/Non-PO Workflow/Pre-Approved/Attachment Review/Exceptions Queue
- Operate within the Regeneron SOX Operating Procedures related to Change Control

- Manage and develop direct reports, which includes overseeing and monitoring daily production and overall performance. Provide support for escalated issues and challenges and encourage their professional development.
- Develop annual goal setting for direct reports and conduct employee evaluations, etc.
To be considered for this role you must possess a Minimum of 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience with two or more years of supervisory experience included. Degree or AP Certification preferred as well as ERP system knowledge, preferably Oracle. Microsoft Office (Outlook), (Excel), Invoice Workflow system knowledge, preferably Kofax/MarkView. Experience using a reporting system such as Cognos is a plus
