About the Job

Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing client to fill 2 open Accounts Payable Analyst roles! The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for analyzing invoices to ensure they have the appropriate documentation to be processed for payment, coding expenses to the GL account, vendor maintenance, obtaining invoice approval for processing as needed, and high-volume data entry of invoices. If you have 1+ year of full cycle accounts payable experience and possess NetSuite & Microsoft Excel skills apply today!

Requirements

1-3 years of experience processing accounts payable invoices
NetSuite & Advanced Microsoft Excel experience are required
Experience with Project Cost accounting is a plus!
Must be able to work onsite in Norcross, GA
