Responsibilities:
- Review and approve all 3rd party supplier invoices and non-purchase order payment requests in accordance with company policies.
- Review and Approve colleague travel and business expense reports.
- Initiate and manage all payment processes for supplier, vendor and partner payments as well as travel and expense reimbursements or corporate cards.
- Ensure policies and procedures are clearly communicated, train other colleagues to ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
- Complete ad-hoc requests in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures, and revise as appropriate to keep pace with the current business environment.
- Work closely with internal and external customers, including vendors, business partners, etc.
- Ensure that deadlines are met through the month.
- Identify best practices for accounts payable processing.
Requirements:
- Education and Certifications: College degree or equivalent work experience
