Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist - Creative Financial Staffing

Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a small family-owned manufacturing organization, seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional to join their team in Rockland, MA.

Responsibilities Expected:

Accounts Receivable -

• Receive and process incoming checks
• Post cash transactions and perform billing on a weekly basis
• Send invoices, via email, to customers
• Manage straightforward and not high-volume transactions

Accounts Payable -

• Perform a 3-way match for incoming invoices; coordinating for invoice approvals
• Conduct a weekly AP check run
• Print, sign and mail checks as needed
• Handle a volume ranging from 5 to 30 checks

Ad Hoc Tasks -

• Manage filing and organizational duties
• Open and sort incoming mail
• Assist with reconciling accounts proficiency increases
• Make copies of documents as required
• Assist in preparing for audits

Background Expected:

• 1+ years of experience
• Epicor experience preferred but not expected

MaxSalary: USD70000
MinSalary: USD50000
