- Invoice Processing: Efficiently and accurately process invoices for payment, verifying accuracy, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, promptly resolving any inquiries or discrepancies.

- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes, improve efficiency, and enhance internal controls.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high net worth family office or similar environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
