Visiting Ancillary Services was founded in April 2010, as a 501(c) 3 Non-Profit Charity, and we provide full-service programs to over 120+ facilities. We deliver the finest outreach programs to residents, and we believe each resident should leave us with a smile and a happy demeanor.

Customer Service Specialist: This position will support both the Billing/Accounting Departments

Customer Service Specialist: This position will support both the Billing/Accounting Departments
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Billing
- Obtaining pre-authorizations as required
- Ensures accurate billing, timely submission of electronic and/or paper claims
- Monitors claim status, researches rejection and denials
- Follow up on delinquent claims and past-due invoices
- Experience with Denticon is a plus.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Accounting
- Validates timesheets to ensure accuracy and makes corrections as needed
- Tracks mileage, sick/vacation time
- Ensures Time Off Request Vouchers have been approved
- Tracks/Monitors company vehicle usage and maintenance
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is a plus
- Other duties as assigned
